Wow. I can’t believe it’s already been a couple weeks since the 2019 Whispering Willow Open presented by Caddie Disc Golf and The Disc Golf Experience. This was the first tournament that I was the Tournament Director of and I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. Perfect weather (minus some wind), 55 competitors and a lot of laughter.

Huge shoutout to Mike Harrington for leading me through the process of prepping for and running a tournament. I learned a ton and I’m really excited to do this again in the future. Big thank you to everyone who donated to the CTP, traveled from out of state (Illinois and Michigan), and to all of my friends – old and new – for coming out and supporting me! I still feel blessed and I cannot wait to make this tournament even better next year.
